Boris Bezroukov is internationally educated and experienced in the fine arts. He has lived in both the United States and Europe, and speaks seven languages. His passion for framing began with the discovery that framing is an art form unto itself, that a great framer must also be an artist. As an artist, his current concentration is on collages.
